Terms of Service.

1. Services

Sovereign Copywriter provides professional copywriting services including homepage copy, launch sequences, content strategy, email copywriting, brand narrative and B2B sales copy. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is produced or shipped at any stage.

2. Engagement

An engagement is confirmed when payment is received in full via Stripe. Work begins after payment confirmation and written brief agreement, typically within one business day. Delivery timelines apply from the date the confirmed brief is received in writing, not from the payment date.

3. Brief and revisions

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete brief information. Revision rounds are included as specified in each package. Additional rounds beyond those included may be purchased separately. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete briefs or late client feedback.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in delivered copy transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is received, all rights remain with Sovereign Copywriter. We reserve the right to list the project as a portfolio reference without disclosing confidential information, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. We do not share, sell or disclose client project details to third parties except as required by law or for essential service delivery.

6. Limitation of liability

Sovereign Copywriter is not liable for business outcomes resulting from the use of delivered copy. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oeiras, Portugal.
