Timelines begin when the brief is confirmed in writing. Delays caused by incomplete client input or late feedback do not extend our delivery obligation.

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of draft delivery. After 7 days, the draft is considered accepted. Revision rounds are as specified in each package.
