Questions.

Eight answers to the questions we hear most often.

Foundation package: 5 business days from confirmed brief. Command package: 10 business days. Sovereign package: milestone schedule agreed in writing, typically 4-6 weeks. Rush 5-Day Delivery is available as a paid add-on for eligible scopes. All timelines begin when we confirm the brief in writing, not from payment date.
Yes. European Portuguese is available as a native output, not a translation. For bilingual projects, each language version is written independently for its target audience. The Portuguese (PT) version add-on covers a complete separate rewrite in European Portuguese, not a literal translation of the English.
Foundation covers one homepage or landing page and is built for fast turnaround on a defined scope. Command covers the full website up to 7 pages, adds a 6-email welcome sequence, a brand voice guide and a 60-minute strategy session. Command is the right choice when you need the whole digital presence addressed, not just one page.
One revision round in Foundation. Two revision rounds in Command and Sovereign. A revision round means one set of consolidated comments addressed against the original brief. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included can be purchased as the Extra Revision Round add-on. The most reliable way to reduce revisions is a clear written brief agreed before work starts.
Scope extensions are handled with a simple written addendum. We agree the additional work, price it against our day rate, and add it to the project. We do not start scope extension work without agreement in writing. Clients who brief well rarely need extensions; clients who change their minds mid-project sometimes do.
Yes. Send them with the brief. If the guidelines contain voice and tone direction, we follow them. If they do not, we document our language decisions in a voice note that can be incorporated into the guidelines after the project. Most guidelines cover visual identity well and verbal identity poorly; we can address the gap.
Standard delivery is DOCX with content structured per page and section for clean CMS integration. PDF, Google Docs format and plain text are available on request. HTML delivery is included for web copy. Email copy is formatted for your email platform on request. All file formats are confirmed at brief stage.
B2B and B2C copy differ in one key way: B2B has multiple decision-makers, a longer consideration window and higher stakes for being wrong. B2C copy is usually trying to reduce friction at a single point. Both require specific audience language and clear outcome framing, but the risk management and proof requirements are different. We adjust the approach at the angle stage.
