Because our services involve research and writing work that begins immediately after payment and brief confirmation, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.
If you cancel before we have confirmed the brief or started research, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Once the brief is confirmed and work has started, a full refund is not available. If significant quality issues arise that fall outside the agreed brief and cannot be resolved through the included revision rounds, we will work toward a fair outcome. This may include additional revisions at no charge or a partial refund at our discretion.
Once final files have been delivered and the revision period has expired (7 days from delivery), no refund is available.
